My dog decided he had too much energy to behave himself while I was at work and wanted to tear up our garbage… So I took him on a 3ml run and #dropped #the #hammer
long story short: he’ll be asleep for the next week.
Start at 25 pushups
- Go down in increments of 5 (25…20…15…ect)
- 5 pull-ups in between each set of pushups
- When you get to 5 pushups go back up (5…10…15…to 25)
- pull-ups in between sets
